Psychotherapy Groups

Groups are formed when a minimum of 6 clients are interested

in sharing about their experiences while learning coping tools.

Groups are unique in that they offer clients the opportunity to not feel alone.

They are best for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and perinatal depression and/or anxiety.

I currently offer a therapeutic group entitled "The 4th Trimester" for women in the perinatal period with symptoms of depression and anxiety.  Please visit the Home tab, and select the tab "The 4th Trimester & Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders" for more information.

If you are interested in group treatment, please contact me for more information.

My Rates

The initial intake session is a 75 minute session at the rate of $170.

This is typically 30 minutes longer than the average intake session with other mental health therapists.

Rates thereafter for ongoing treatment vary between $75 for a 30 minute therapy session to

$150 for a therapy hour depending on the type of service - individual, couples, and family.

Group rates are $45 per group session.

I do offer a Sliding Scale based on financial need and/or special circumstances.

Please refer to my Practice Policies forms, located on the New Appointment Tab on my website, for more information.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

I accept cash, credit cards, out-of-network and in-network insurance companies (see insurance page),

flex spending accounts (FSA), and health savings accounts (HSA).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

This allows me time to offer your appointment slot to someone else needing to be seen.

If you fail to cancel your appointment by phone or text, you will be charged $50 ($10 for groups) or

the pre-approved fee determined by your insurance, if you are using insurance to cover your services.
